Marketing Coordinator

Cleanlist has an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technology-savvy marketing professional to take charge of various marketing and customer communication initiatives.

Responsibilities: 

Reporting to the VP Marketing, your objective is to ensure that various marketing initiatives are performed quickly and accurately. Since you'll be working on a small team, you'll be expected to perform a variety of tasks with little support and supervision. An individual with a varied background and who's resourceful and a self-starter is ideal. 

Key result areas include:

• HubSpot Administration
• Website maintenance including blog creation and posting, SEO optimization and tracking, and managing requests for our outsourced web development team. 
• Market research and compiling leads.
• Create and send email broadcasts.
• Organize trade shows and events.
• Oversee and organize creative freelancers and other outsource service providers. 

Requirements: 

Candidates for this position require the following skills and capabilities:

• Solid understanding of B2B Marketing, both digital and off-line.
• A passion for systems, automation, and continual process improvement.
• Experienced user of business application software including spreadsheets and Hubspot. 
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
• An ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. 
• The ability to read, write, and speak proficiently in the English language.

Experience Level: 

The successful candidate for this position requires a formal education in marketing, or otherwise has substantial self-taught experience. 

2+ years experience in a marketing role.
