We’re looking for someone to take full ownership of our document production shop—and run it like it’s their own.

You’ll have:

• Your own clean, modern production facility

What You’ll Actually Do

You’re not just running jobs—you’re running a system.

Daily Operations

• Execute daily production of personalized client documents—on time, zero errors
  
  
• Operate and optimize high-speed printers, inserters, and finishing equipment
  
  
• Manage shipping (couriers + Canada Post) to keep everything moving
  
  

Own the Shop

• Keep the space organized, efficient, and always “tour-ready”
  
  
• Manage inventory so you never run out—or overstock
  
  
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and keep production flowing
  
  

Make It Better

• Identify bottlenecks and improve processes
  
  
• Research and recommend next-gen equipment
  
  
• Work with vendors and service providers
  
  
• Continuously upgrade how we operate

What Success Looks Like (12 Months In)

• The shop is impeccably clean, organized, optimized, and scalable
  
  
• You’ve implemented at least 2–3 meaningful improvements
  
  
• You’re confidently recommending upgrades and leading change

Requirements (The Non-Negotiables)

• Experience leading in a production or operations environment (2+ years)
  
  
• Comfortable operating or learning automated equipment
  
  
• Mechanically capable (basic troubleshooting, adjustments, fixes)
  
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
  
• Able to lift and move materials (paper, pallets, etc.)
  
  
• Forklift experience (or willingness to get certified)
